I need to talk with a FAST tech person in ref to a special project we are doing for a shop customer.
"So far" contacting FAST has been problematic, long hold times [I give up after about 5 - 6 mins] I submit the "press 1 and we will call you back" with no results I just submitted the "contact us " email so that is yet to be determined. I hear good feedback about FAST systems yet my difficulty in contacting the company is frustrating. In addition, if I make a purchase and need help in a timely manner my efforts show that could be a problem. Does someone has an inside contact person and number?
