Default Re: 2008 rules changes

I was gonna write more, but I was afraid that if I did more expletives would come spewing from my fingers. So, I quit while I was ahead.

Isn't it amazing though that many racing sanctioning bodies (though admittedly they are generally smaller sanctioning bodies) post their rules right on their website for all to see??? I don't know...maybe it's just me. Maybe there's a good God darn reason for not posting the rules on the website (other than creating revenue by selling rulebooks). But if there is, I can't think of one. It's just not that hard to post the plain, unformatted text from the rule book on a single web page (sure it would be nice to have it formatted, with different pages for the different sections, but I'm not picky!)

Good think you guys encouraged me to post again on this subject. Otherwise, I would have been at risk of breaking my own shortest post record. Whew...dodged a bullet...
