If you have to weld on spring perches make sure to recheck housing for camber and toe change.

Yes, thanks, I'll weld them first before doing the ends since I made my own alignment jig. I'm going to buy the S60 center with just tubes instead of using the old one I have. I like having adjusters on the carrier bearings.

John makes a special narrow leaf spring
for exactly that application and that is what
most guys are using on 67 - 69 Darts out here.

John, that's what he told me too, I think he said either 2 or 2,25 width

I believe it is a good 1/2 or a little more narrower in width and
you can spacer it to inside edge of stock hanger.

Calvert can give you the details......I have observed them
on my competitors cars. Our Demons/Dusters do not require
anything but the standard split leaf for satisfactory tire clearance.
