I thought they would look better without the huge hood scoops, guess not in my opinion....yuck
As far as throwing out the non qualified ET's, I guess I never saw slower times in the "good session", although I don't really watch it that closely |

After its all said and done ,the 77 would have kept him in the number 16 spot anyway...but, I am not a fan of the 12 format either...maybe when there was 30 to 40 cars trying for a spot I get it..... but now

So are Jason and Greg supposed to slow down and let others win? As a huge Jason Line fan I am enjoying the prostock races this year.

Congrats to Charlie for making the field at the first 2 national events that he has entered. He is not the fastest but was not the slowest either. He is a popular underdog. Hopefully he got some good data from that two races he has been to so he can improve.

Just looks like the whole front end is as tall as an 8" cowl hood. The cars really look stupid now, at least to me. So much for the changes breathing new life into Pro Stock. At this rate, it will be on life support by season's end. Used to be the best class in drag racing, what many sportsman class racers dreamed of, the "big league".

Yeah let's have some drag racing welfare, some sharing of the wealth. I have no love for Anderson and co. but they're getting it done. Either they have it figured out or they're cheating their asses off. I think they're just ahead of the curve.

I have been told the Summit team made 700 pulls on the dyno last winter.
Also, the Camaro seems to have superior areo over the Dart and Mustang. Pro Stock really sucks right now and needs to be reviewed by the NHRA. |
