Many popped superchargers that weekend.

Tim Grose won FC. Beat Kenny Bernstein. Grose banged a blower at the finish.

Good morning -To say today is not looking good would be an understatement as it rained and rained hard all night along with those pesky winds .I just came in for some dry clothes and fresh galoshes - seems the wind played havoc with my awning and it's not operating as intended .

This mornings schedule called for us to be out at 8:45am - that might happen but at 8:45 pm .While outside I've seen rigs pulling out this morning - it gets very old sitting around doing nothing but eat and watch TV which BTW the reception is terrible here and I'm sure the weather isn't helping .

Today after things get settled it might be a good day to hit the Outlets and look for bargains ........All aboard ! ! ! ! Did I mention I've got a van here ????

Later kids ....

It hasn't rained in the last half hour and the Safety Safari has brought out every piece of equipment on the property to dry the place out .It's still cloudy and cool - like 58 degrees and it will take some time but at least they are trying .

Thanks for the visual update.
Anyone know what's with the house out past the end of the track?

As Jack said, it was ugly last night. Around 2:30 am, I was rudely awackened from my less than comfortable air mattress, as my trailer was rocking and shaking !!! I thought oh crap I should have put the canopy up.... Tried opening the door and the wind ripped it out of my hand and bounced it off the trailer... I grabbed it, shut it, went back in and figured it is what it as at this point... A minute later, and my canopy lost its battle with life at Mohnton, PA

The track ends at a 1 lane road and the sand trap that you see is across the road. They have a flagman stop traffic on that road when cars are running. Been that way for years.

Good morning everyone,

It did rain most of the night, but unlike Jack's experience, for me it was just a steady light rain, about a half inch according to the weather channel. The wind made it seem like it was heavier and for most of us it meant we should pull the awnings in, I guess Jack felt differently.

Jack, reception.... really. You know there is a thing called satellite. After all these years you are still using rabbit ears. Maybe when you head over to the outlets you can find a bargain on a satellite dish.

The rain is just starting to let up, but it does look gloomy for the sportsman getting down the track today. If they start drying the track now, it could happen, but I don't hear or see any equipment on the track.
