Got it to run thanks to Derek Hake! He found a tune to load. I loaded it and it runs great! Thanks Derek. I'm pretty excited about this fuel injection thing now but have a BUNCH to learn. Thanks everyone else for the suggestions.

The 950 is a pretty easy system to play with. I started with it and eventually moved into a FAST 2.0 this summer. Pay attention to your logs and what they are telling you.

I fought an idle to 3kish misfire all summer. Turned out to be my opti. I put one of the MSD billet jobs in there and no more issues. Something to keep in the back of your mind. I have found these are fun cars to drive and there are some really fast ones out there. Have fun with it and if you need help, let me know.

Thanks Jon, I just discovered what I think will make a huge difference. One of the 3/8'' vacuum lines was off of one of the PCV valves. It has a newer MSD Opti Sparks on it. I got a spare too. Optispark doesn't seem to be one of GM's better ideas.

I think an ex-FORD engineer designed the Optijunk system!

And for what it's worth, toss the Holley 950 and put a Holley HP setup in there.

I'd love to do that but that'll be a long time before I can do that probably. $1600 upgrade Holley said.

I am very familiar with tuning the LT1. I have many programs as well
I will be in Vegas Tomorrow(Tuesday) for the makeup race and regular Div7 race.
I would be happy to help you with it.

Darrel, you're doing great. Learn about the car and EFI in general with the system you just paid for. Once you've made the car as fast as it can go
with that system, and you're thinking about buying a new one, wait 30 more days and there will be a better one, etc. etc. You've done a great
job as a driver. Stick with your strengths and budget to upgrade in the
2018 season. J.R.

Thanks JR. Good advice. Now whether I'll use it remains to be seen but I'm very conservative and have a tough time spending money on something I don't have to have other than obviously buying a race car.
