Hope to be at Commerce...for sure will be at Bowling Green. Look for a El Camino at the very bottom of the qualifying sheet...

Fun organization to race! They really make you feel wanted, welcome, and important. If they would get closer to us, for sure would be running some races.

1st race. 1st time running this class at the event. Early in the year. I'm sure all contributed to the car turnout. But look at their other classes. It's not uncommon to have classes of that size at NMCA races.

NMCA treated us very well, great staff and a well run event. Payouts at the track, car show, swap meet and vendors. No reason I can think of not to show up and race with NMCA. How many times has the head of the racing organization you were at thanked you in the lanes for being there?

I have attended both NMRA and NMCA events and have always felt welcomed there. Their upper management "gets it" and understands and listens to their racers. The ability to listen to the racers is one of the great things about a smaller organization, unlike a giant corporate sanctioning body.

Dumb move on NMCA to schedule on top of the NHRA points race and Gatornationals just a few miles up the road. There was 68 SS cars and even more stickers at Gainesville. Better scheduling would have meant more cars. I would have gone if it was an off weekend from N and IHRA.
