I wasnt throwing any stones at Warren. Dont know anything about him, I am sure he does a great at what he does, and I am also sure he has little to do with whoever is streaming this service. I sent a question to the provider, Cleeng or something. I can watch all types of videos on my computer, HD movies, Youtube, etc. I have 3 computers here at the shop, all of them are pretty strong since I use them for all my Cad-Cam stuff.
We have DSL with pretty fast service. I did the speed test, I called Frontier to see if my signal was weak, etc. I feel like I have covered the bases. One thing I havent tried yet is my iphone. I heard that plays it better, but I am not a teenager, and am not going to watch the race on my phone. Really all I do is leave in on my second monitor while I work, and watch the stuff I care about. SS and PS. It would seem like they would use a player that is compatible with current operating systems, and it would be nice if you could choose a lesser quality to make sure it feeds. That was the last question I asked the streaming place was can I turn down the quality somehow, and their response was watch it the next day. cw |

Here's an idea. What if 100 or 200 subscribers all contact their credit card company and call to cancel their subscription to All Acess because of failure to provide programming as advertised and the inability for the subscribers to receive the product. Think maybe that might get their attention? You most likely would all have to do it on the same day or days to make an impression on them. Everybody would ask for a refund too since they charged you for the entire season before they provided any services not based on what you are using/used

I didn't have a problem with it at all this last weekend. Save for the issues the one morning, which has now been diagnosed as the racetrack wide internet loss. That's understandable.
But I was very happy with the service all weekend. I watched it on my computer here at work, my personal laptop at home, and even on the browser app on my xbox one (I don't have cable, so I can't normally watch the regular broadcasts) I don't know what the solution for you would be, Charlie. It's a bummer, though. I have had issues similar to yours before and I've had to update the graphics card's driver. Might be outdated and works fine with other things, but the complexities of this particular streaming service might cause it to go haywire. I don't know, though, except it seemed to be fine on my end? Good luck! |

Except for the time that the tracks Internet connection was down I had good performance all weekend.
My biggest issues are: When a problem like the one Saturday comes up it never seems to recover on its own, I have to back out and then reselect the broadcast again to see if its working yet. This often results in getting back on late. During the "Sportsman only" times poor camera placement and on track sound. The only reason I got the package is to watch Super Stock and Stock and a shot from the rear of the cars leaving the line does not do the experience much justice I was late signing on this weekend but I think it was the Winternationals broadcast was late starting at least one day.. Guess what at least some of Stock is missed. Hopefully someone who can do something will see this. My emails to both NHRA and the Dutch group for the best email address to use for customer service questions have gone unanswered. Bill . |
