All Access very hard to hear is this normal?

You probably just didn't spend enough. I'm sure NHRA has levels of audio reception quality, with a higher price as you move to the top. The bottom level can probably only be heard clearly by dogs. As you move up, the quality enters the range of human hearing, and at the absolute top, you can hear almost everything that's said. You just didn't ask the right questions.
