I remember a thread about this a while back. I agreed then and I agree now!
300 ford (that I asked for a reduction and was denied) is 190, X .8 and it's 153, pretty close to the old rating of 155! 400 ford at 260 x .8 is 208hp, 351 at 230 x .8 is 184hp 302 2bbl at 168 x .8 is 134hp (like it is now, hmmm) I think this would be an excellent way of encouraging new (or different) cars.
