Unsure of how that could have happened. One has to withdraw by 12 noon PST (no withdrawals are allowed after that point) and one has until 1pm PST to enter. Should have a full hour to enter if quota allows.

I will ask Jon Jr. to clarify.
He told me that it showed 60 until a few minutes to 1 PM.....Then dropped to 59 and closed before he could enter and push Submit. He said he was refreshing the computer every few minutes.
