As if someone that knows how to program a DBW ecu to control throttle for traction control, can't control timing for traction control. Good try.

Hey, the LS1 guys had to change to mechanical throttle linkage years ago, so this only makes sense. It would be very easy to add down track info with the current drive by wire systems. It seems that would make dialing a lot easier if you use that type of system, plus a whole lot easier to tech......

I don't have a dog in this fight but I have a hard time placing a lot of credibility on an anonymous poster's second post...

Right, didn't know DDT was still around , thought it was banned by the government years ago.

Timing retard is part of Traction Control in those ECUs.
