Any idea on the time line on that pic Jerry?. Very hard to make out on my phone. I can see shiney front wheels but cant make out colors.

All I can do by making it bigger blurs it.

Jerry, if you can right click it from the page you found it on and it highlights "open link" , left click on that and see if it opens larger. If it does just copy and paste the larger version. Some times the way they are originally posted keeps them from being clearly enlarged.

I am sure someone else can cure it but my knowledge is limited.

Daryl, The collection of photos that it with looks to be from late 60's or very early 70's. Charlie, I'm using a tablet so I'm not sure how to do that.
