Take up a winter sport,,,,Patty and I put 125 miles on our snowmobile last weekend in upper Vermont. Saw a high of 6 for the 3 days and a low of -28 when we headed home New Years day. That is very cold even for us with great gear. We would've done triple that in miles if it had stayed above zero. It sounds crazy to many , but we have alot of fun sledding. The scenery is breath taking and lots of great places to visit and stop for breakfast lunch or dinner.
We just got a foot of snow in Western Mass and it is sunny and 8 degrees currently

Living close to I-95 in south Georgia I'd say the favorite winter sport of Northerners is driving down I-95 (or I-75) to Florida in their RV's...sorta like jousting on steroids or Mad Max. Dave, if I needed to stay put up there I'd definitely take up snowmobiles . Looks like a hoot and with all the heated gear it would definitely take some of the sting out. Have taken several RV and motorcycle trips up to Maine and the Michigan UP and its amazing how many dedicated snowmobile trails there are. Keep having fun...
..back to the seventies next week. The motorcycle will come out again. Stephanie and Larry...you're on the edge but suffice it to say that term limits solve so much.

We only got about a foot or so and it was perfect snowblower snow.God bless Simplicity snow blowers and VP S.E.F..Friday we got a delivery of fuel and the driver was very happy I cleared a nice path to our tank for him, not like the horse farm down the road that had 3 tanks for him, all covered in snow he had to dig out. Hey, that's just the n.j. way. John Kissel K242

Looks like hurricane season is over here in FL. Now comes the brutal winter, was 40 degrees the other night. Today is supposed to be around 76 degrees. So glad that winter is leaving FL. Time to put on a pair of shorts and a T shirt and have a cold one to relax.
Ron Ortiz U/SA now where did I put my sun glasses.

We moved here 3 weeks ago and love it here. I feel bad for my Northern family n friends but maybe I can convince them to move down too.
