Bill Sr. ran IHRA. Bill Jr. has been running Norwalk very successfully for years. Bill Sr. is happily retired.

Not locking the gate on weekdays on div Races at 5 or 8 pm on racers might be a good start . They put that race on Memorial Day weekend between work & traffic . Then you get locked out till the morning .
