Sir 305,
You might find that a GM OEM valve that is 2.00" diameter and has a hollow stem would work well when reduced in diameter and reshaped.
The shape is best decided on a flow bench, but at least that is a good start. Since any valve job is legit, you might also find that something less than the original 45 degree face/seat is also more beneficial because of the relatively low lifts of those engines.

However, like many things there are various opinions that can be either refuted or supported via your own test data.

Above comments are for Stock, not SS. However the selection of the valve might be the same answer and the face/seat be steeper than 45 degrees. Intake valve shape should end up with a 10-12max degree backside.
