The return road is most unsafe of any drag strip in the country and you also have to contend with the circle track on Saturday’s. Just imagine if the TAFC hopped the guardrail on the left side of the track. Factor in the dust bowl parking situation and the flaky timing system. Drop it from the schedule all together. Dave everyone has a right to there opinion. Personally I've been racing at the Valley since the mid 70's . Sure not perfect but our association ASRA has 3 races a year there and I believe as many other of our members the Valley does a pretty dam good job ! Not perfect but the crew sure does try. Maybe moving the date , but they all can't be spring and fall. Sorry but my 2 cents.
