Todd Hoven Guest Posts: n/a	Re: trend lifters For a Pontiac I would just tap the block for lifter bore restrictors. 1/4 20 tap fits in the existing holes that feed the lifters inside the lifter bores. Then use brass set screws and go with a .016 to .018 drill to make the holes. That should slow the oil down
