It’s not a typo, it’s old AGE....you are correct as the Hefler family converted the car over to an automatic.....

I know a J/S 1969 Carmaro 2 barrel 350 won it in 1975 as I recall running 12.28 to 12.31? Ouch that was 43 years ago!

There's only one thing wrong with this entry, it's quicker than 13.00, so it doesn't qualify as a slow roller. Sorry....
