That place looks really nice. I haven't been there in a really long time. I have to put that on my bucket list for the future. My ride is not fast enough for Indy. Good luck to all that are there racing and have a fun and safe time. Wheels Up!!

Sportsman Notice - Indy
Chevrolet Performance NHRA U.S. Nationals Participants

In an effort to reduce the impact on racers advancing through the semis this weekend (Aug 24-26) in Bowling Green, KY for the Division 3 Lucas Oil Regional event, a list of the four finalists names in each category will be forwarded to a NHRA official on site at Lucas Oil Raceway. Coordinating with the Lucas Oil Raceway security, the participants (only the participants – NO team mates) on the list will then be lead to a specific stacking area aside the normal Sportsman stacking.

First round of qualifying is in the books! By my count, 115 stockers went down and 1 was pushed off the line! I know at least 2 more did not go down. I am sure y’all are watching on D3 TV this morning! By our guages it was 78 with AA at 1282’.

I will try to get sheets when they get posted!

That is my favorite 1/4 mile track.
