In these times of lack of Customer Service there is still a company that takes their business and service to their customers to the level that any business should take heed of. Last week after a long trip to the last points race at Rocky Mountain Raceway when I opened the trailer the rear leaf spring on the car had failed. After trying to find a repair locally I called Calvert racing to replace the spring. Travis answered the phone and with no hesitation asked for the address to send a pair of back halves next day Fed Ex .Paid for by Calvert racing. The parts arrived as promised and was able to race, not well but that is a different story. I also want to say that I couldn't have asked for any more support from the race track and NHRA given the situation. Customer service is still alive and well. I matters that we all can still make our mark for the better of our sport and our fellow man.

Not surprising, Calvert is in my personal customer service hall of fame.
