Here is a list of sponsors that so far that have signed up to make the Hemi Challenge even better. Thanks to you all. Fred Chapman ( Mary Fred Chapman) , ATI transmissions, Bob Book Racing, Ram Clutches ( Pat Norcia) Jerry Bickel Race Cars, Towingbids.com (Jim Lodi jr) , DRE Custom engine diapers (Diaperman) Mancini Racing, (Rob Cunningham) Barnett Performance,Drag Racing Edge magazine (Brett Underwood) Superformance Gaskets (Greg Travis) Fire Core plug wires (Rick Gorski) Precision Shifters, A&A transmissions ( Rick Allison) Still not to late to add some more. Some if these will be handled in a drivers drawing. I will let each driver know when and where. I've had someone telling me that this is gonna be the last year for the Hemi Challenge. Any truth to that? I have not seen any article stating that this may be the last one.

A lot of folks were saying there would not ba a Hemi Challenge this year, so take what you hear with a grain of salt.

My opinion is that even if FCA was to quit sponsoring the event, it will exist in some form as long as the car owners want to race.

I'll Give Barton and Westcott power their props, which is why I wished I was rich so I could've gotten John Friel's Dart out there for that special race with one of their engines. That said, this year the Darts ruled, and the Barracudas drooled just as I predicted in I believe a post on the A/S and A/SA thread. Way to go Jimmy Daniels & Gary Wolkwitz!!!!
