Experience with Whole Brain Radiation

Thanks for the response. After talking to several people that have actually gone through this she has decided to go ahead with the treatment. Racers are truly an extended family.
If you need any information on anything they probably know someone that has experience.

Ask questions. Get a second opinion, even if just to get more info. Amazing what I learned about my wifes radiation after meeting 2 different doctors 2 times. Sometimes they are lacksidasical with comments, show up with a note pad and write down questions and answers.

Another thing to consider is travel time to radiation lab. My wife was 5 days a week for 6 weeks straight, fortunately lab was relatively close to our home.
