Just saw the results of a wheel failure last week, not pretty. The failure was not one of the Race Star wheels. I do not trust the incoming QC of materials made in China. Not trying to be political but, my car, my life and my decision. Race Star did say that they are working on bringing the process back to the USA.

I just bought a set of Vision wheels for my Valiant. They are Chinese too, and they had a set that look exactly like the wheels that were in the original post. They are nice looking wheels and appear to be well made, but they are not lightweight race wheels, more like street wheels. If you're looking for lightweight race wheels, $99 wheels aren't them.

Driving back from the Las Vegas Nationals this year ......my crew chief had a Chinese wheel come off on the freeway as some of you may remember from that race.
It went through the windshield of a car going the other way and killed a 16 year old girl and a 24 year old girl just starting out in life. We spend the money to buy American made Axles and Components for all the trailers we build.... even though all most customers do not care about anything except the lowest bottom line price!

Pretty sure the $2500+ I just spent on wheels and billet lugs are all made in the USA. I can certainly see why not everyone buys them...hard to swallow that.
