Donate to the NHRA Museum? Really?

I guess it kinda depends on how it was worded. Maybe they really need some help. Good luck having the higher ups coughing up any of their money.

On reflection, I’m taping a $1 bill to request, probably take $20 in employee time to untape, record & deposit

I only raced for 3 years, but I'd like to think those entries and memberships account for my donation.

They know this is an addiction. They must figure it can't hurt to ask. Because after all, if they need donations for a museum, they must be hurting for cash, right?

I survived my addiction and now I'll have enough to retire.

The museum is a separate organization from NHRA, a 501(c)(3) organization. The funds don’t mingle.
