I would play some more, such as moving .004 vertically and slightly to the side. I was able after some tries to get within .001" out after starting somewhere near where you are now. Be sure you tighten the mounting bolts starting at the bottom ones which are closest to being in line with the crank centerline.

The picture shows where I ended after about 10 attempts. Originaly I had a dial reading of .048 for .024 run out. With .021 dowels closes I could get would be .003??
