Default Re: Trailer toad

I used one for years with my diesel pusher 35' motor home and 30' trailer. Trailer is heavy with about 2,500 pounds of tongue weight. The heaviest trailer toad made worked great. Watch the tires on the toad. If you have a blowout on the toad, you will have your hands full. I bought new tires for the toad every two years.

The toad made the ride very nice. Backing up, you have to engage a couple of levers. Do not back up by cutting the front wheels too sharply. You will put too much of a strain on the coach.

Call Trailer Toad. They are very helpful.
