For those unfamiliar with Beech Bend Park, it is owned by Dallas Jones and family. His son Clay owned a trucking co. but was also involved in the parks operation. He was a huge proponent of Stock/Superstock racing and was very hands on at the track. Clay could be seen on the starting line, driving the tractor or up in the tower. To say he was a wonderful person would be an understatement.
