Default Re: Stumble off the 2 step

i would also add to this that when foot braking without a two step you use both squirters. sitting on a 2 step that extra fuel has been used as soon as it was floored.
Yes, I have a couple friends that race with 2 line locks and have zero issues, so I know this can be done.

Thank you all for the responses, they give me hope.[/QUOTE]

Uuuummm yeah me too my 11.50 car Uses dual line locks on a two step and I have never had a stumble issue
sometimes I even disconnect the back two barrels to slow the car down and still no stumble.
Still sounds like you could use more fuel to take off with I would try the suggestion of taking out the intermediate bleeds see what happens then. Maybe a looser converter would help

Thanks Keith. Not sure when I'll be testing it again but it's helpful to get opinions on a line of attack. If I was coordinated enough to floor it after the tree was activated I might have enough pump shot left to fatten it a little. I also thought about the possibility of the delay box causing some kind of ignition problem.
