I have spoke to the new owner of the car which is Al Brister, I don't think he will mind me putting that information out. It is a 1987 305 190/237 combination and the tech card was turned in as such by Willie Mylin the driver at Rockingham. Willie has been running his 83 CM car in the Open series here in Division 2 this year. This may account for why the information in the averages that were released last week look a little screwed up but they are certain the information on the tech card were turned in correctly. Willie being a little new to NHRA class racing didn't really understand how the AHFS really works and made a mistake by unintentionally triggering the combo at Rockingham.

First thank you Al Brister for straigthening out the "supposed cheating". My Brother turned in two tech cards for the weekend one for the lucas race and another for the open race looks like there may have been a mistake made in the tech trailer, but we don't what happened. As far as Willie being new to Class racing that is far from the truth. My brother and I grew up in classracing when or dad(Bill Mylin) race in the 80 and early 90s. My Brother has been racing since the mid 90s in NHRA and IHRA stock and super stock. I personally started driving my car in around 2006 in IHRA and I hope to have my new motor built by the begining 2020 season to run in stock.
Just my two cents
