We had actually taken this into account the past 3 years and decided to pay the best loser from the previous round those monies. So when on 3 semi finalists the best loser at 5 or 6 car cars got semi's money.

Now with our new model we'e just built a spread sheet for car counts 1-128 and now the purse and spread the money out to pay more or pay back better..

I'm with you on that money is just pocketed at the Div/Nat level and they do their best at the Nats to make car counts fall this way
