Yes, but a caveat here, depending how it was built.
Going the other way, the Pontiac flex plate bolt heads stick out further, but shouldn't be an issue here.
Also, it's possible the Pontiac used the large bolt pattern. Most Chevys use a dual pattern flex, so again, shouldn't be a problem
