I've personally been in Compton's face AND Clifford's face. I can pretty well guarantee you that any DD east of the Mississippi knows me or knows who I am and the same can be said for most Natl. and Divl. Tech. Directors.
I have never had a problem making my thoughts perfectly clear on a subject in a person's face. My personal DD has asked me why I keep racing. I told him because I love racing but I don't like what it is becoming.
I even gave him an "out". I told him once that if he didn't want me at his races, complaining, then all he has to do is ASK me to leave and I'll leave.
Even with all of the grief that I give him, he hasn't ASKED me to leave.......yet.
