No, trying to sell cars like this at this type of auction is a mistake. The buyers at this type of auction are looking for collector cars, they don't know what this is and/or have no interest so the price is low.

I think your right, this is a great buyers mart for new race cars. I could have bought the COPO and saved money over building a stocker from scratch out of a old rust bucket.
Boy did I learn a lesson.
