I think that you may be disappointed. The border is not opening until July 21 and there will be most likely be restrictions for anyone coming into Canada.
I will be surprised if the NHRA staff will rush across just to put this race on.
And, I doubt that may US racers will make the trip, with so many racing opportunities south of the border.
