MSD repairs Tech West

Does anyone know if Pat Collins is OK? I talked to him may 28th and paid him for a box upgrade, he said he would send it right back as of today no sign of box. He doe not return calls, texts, or emails. He seemed like a nice guy and this was my second box I sent him. No problem repaired it and sent it right back. Just don't know if he is sick, family issues or what. Anyone know anything please post O.K. thx. Jack

I have never done any business with Tech West but over the years I have seen many posts just like this one.

Just like a box of CHOCOLATES, you never know what you are going to get when dealing with Pat. I have had excellent results but others,....not so much...GOOD LUCK.....
