Rule book says it has to be installed but the 79-93 fox body mustangs did not come with it. Can I brace the rear end instead...Thanks

Should be able to use the Watt link that most Mustangs have.

79-93 FOX body Mustangs do not have either a panhard bar or a Watts linkage. They use 4 trailing arms, with the angle of the upper arms responsible for keeping the rearend centered in the car. Similar to a Chevelle, Vega or Monza.

We have braced the rear end and run anti-roll bars in all of our Fox cars.
