The "parts" are what they are. If somebody wants to build a high-dollar combo using all after-market parts then it can get expensive. There ARE combos out there that can be built with inexpensive parts. Where the major expense comes in is when the customer is unable or unwilling to do the time consuming "labor" himself. AND if the customer has no knowledge of what it takes to make his combo competitive. Knowledge is the expensive part! It is (and should be) VERY expensive to buy knowledge.
