.008 package to boot good job.

Thanks Ron I know you're always tough so I was prepared this morning.
I'm a little disappointed I didn't get all the reporting in that I had planned. My intentions were to get pictures and post of all the cars. Early Saturday morning my wife woke up sick and by late Saturday she was in bad shape. I took her to the ER in Bloomsburg late last night and by this morning she was feeling a little better and against my better judgement she wanted to stay and race. They don't come any better than my wife!
I have to take time to thank everyone for their help. Shane and Sara Oakes for loaning us a vehicle and multiple offers for one by Bill Kennedy and Bubba Linke. Bubba also came to help when we got back to the track at 4 a.m. and found we were locked out. Ken Miele for coming out at 4 to let us in while in his pj's and Greg Rowe for staying with the girls while we were gone.
I don't want to forget a huge thank you to Bob and Penny Bender for watching the girls yesterday while I was racing also. All of you don't realize how much Crystal and I appreciate each and every one of you.
A few takeaways from the weekend, first kudos to the track staff. The track was on point all weekend and they all did a fantastic job. I don't recall seeing the first car spin or any trouble at all. They were all helpful and friendly as well. It's one of more scenic tracks as well and I'm adding it to my favorites list.
Ken, the boss, great job on putting together a great event my friend. Everything went smooth and you can relax a little now! It probably helped to have a great promoter in Peter there to get some ideas from but you put it all together and it was a hit. I hope we can do again next year.
On the way home I was thinking about our sport and it's still very much healthy despite the challenges we've faced this year. I'm so thankful for class racing and this website as well. It has afforded me the opportunity to meet so many great people that I am lucky enough to call friends now.
Last thing I want to say is thank you to all the sponsors and thank you to all the racers who came out and supported the event. I thought it would be a hit but you just never know and you guys showed up and Ken and crew delivered a nice event.
Hope to see everyone real soon!
