I have a sealed 5 gal. can of VP 110. it is 15 months old. stored inside.

will it still be good?

If by "sealed" you mean never opened, I would say it will still be good.

When you said "stored inside", do you mean in a cool place?
Like you, I live in Arizona and the temperature in my garage will exceed 115 degrees. As a matter of fact, the garage heat evaporated the fuel contained in the fuel cell in my former Cobra Jet a few times. If it was exposed to high temperatures while stored, I would have it checked prior to using it.
