The only 74 GTO Stocker that I recall running in Div.6, was a blue one raced by Chuck Salerno (sp) from Montana quite a few years ago. Seem to recall it had "Git-Gone" or something similar lettered on the doors. Have not seen the car, or Chucks name, on any qualifying sheets for some time now.

Recently I've heard it was raced by a SuperComp guy possibly in Arizona .

I spoke to the guy when it was for sale a year or so ago. If memory serves me his name was Greg and the last name escapes me. He was in California and was also a rep for Meziere. He also raced either a Super Comp or Top Dragster. At the time we had spoken he also had 2 motors for that car at the Lines shop in Minnesota. Also he said that Danny Gracia had painted the car. Perhaps contacting Meziere or the Lines or Danny may help. If I recall his last name or find my notes with his number I will forward that.

Yes that’s the name! Oh boy, was it that long ago? If I’m not mistaking he was also speaking of a potential move back to Minnesota at that time.
