Just seems, odd, since when I went to renew ny NHRA membership and Competition Numbers the other day, the Divisional office said that it had to be done on paper, because of the required signature. Yet, when I bought a house last year, 4000 miles away, we were able to do the entire transaction online, with virtual signatures. Just seems a bit strange that you can do a legal transaction for hundreds of thousands of dollars online, but not less than $200. for memberships.

The online registration for divisional races started after the Covid virus scare. Trying to limit contact at the race track. You signed all of the waivers on line as well as filling out the tech card. No actual tech either. Just some spot checks.
