One thing to look into when shopping for the pancake compressors is to make sure they have a relief that releases the air when the compressor shuts off. It makes a big difference if you are running it off of a generator. I have Craftsmen that has it and can easily run it off a 3500 what generator. I friend bought the harbor freight version. And his would about kill a 4500 watt generator if he tried to start it with pressure in the tank.
