When I had a Stocker in the past I had a Q-Jet spot checked and was told it was to shiny at the base......measured fine but was to shiny...
Was not DQ'ed but told don't bring it back at the next race... It was an arbitrary call.....and I did not argue it....did what was asked... 20+ years ago....

Question here. Can a carbs venturi be cleaned up with jewelers rouge. I've read the rules and thus the question.
