Re: nhra question
Well, this is the SECOND time that NHRA has confiscated one of Mr. Summers' carburetors, after it has passed tech at several other NHRA Divisional and National events, and they only tell him it's "Modified". No other Official explanation. Seems to me that they are stealing his parts and not returning them. Tell him he can not show up with that carburetor again at a NHRA event. If he does, do not allow him to run. But, I think it's totally wrong to just take his parts with no receipt or official written explanation. Unless of course if they do provide this. This just really seems like stealing someone's personal property and not giving anything in writing saying NHRA has taken possession of their property. Almost sounds illegal from a law enforcement aspect.
