Not sure either..but I'll take a guess.. Jersey connection? Not all from there, but assembled as a group in NJ.
I don't think I met a real fan before..LOL
They're okay, for an early 70's Pop/Rock group..Not quite Eagles or Steely Dan ;-)

Dr. Hook fan here. Watch some of their videos online. Quite entertaining. These guys would perform pretty "herbed up" back in the 70s. Had several hit songs, but yes they were not as good as the Eagles or such.
