It seems that NHRA garners quite a few criticisms but I would like to extend a sincere "thank you". 2 weeks ago I submitted my competition license/membership renewal. @ days ago I received an email from Kenneth Lubanski Division Services Coordinator, North Central Division, that I had made an error on my application. I called immediately and Mr. Lubanski answered on the 3rd ring. The problem was easily rectified and 1 hour later I received email copies of my license and membership. Thank you Mr. Lubanski for being accessible, courteous and efficient. On a side not I screwed up the math on my payment for the items - no wonder I can't figure out delay box and throttle stop timing.
