There is a strip of hotels in Collingsville and tons of places to eat. Don't stay at Super 8 in Collingsville. They tried to put me in a room that was still being used and had no other rooms available. The place just looked nasty. Switched over to the Drury and it was perfect.

We stay in Motel 6 about 10 minutes East.
White Castle across the road. However, I am not a fussy guy!
