I am making some assumptions....

But I would guess that it is going to run on the Tuesday prior to the Ennis National. Texas Motorplex has a week long event going on (starting the Saturday before) and the Tuesday event has pro mods, TD and TS, so assume we will be coupled up with that day. Wednesday is a pro team test invitational so assume that day will no be available to run the remaining classes.

The Ennis national will start on Thursday so I am guessing they would like the Houston event completed prior to that event starting.

A nice little Tuesday National event down to six cars in each category.

Unreal as it may seem the track got so bad just about everything was spinning. After several tries to fix it(unsuccessful tries) They called a meeting of the remaining drivers and decided to finish the race at 8 am tomorrow morning.

Bill, they were broadcasting through second round yesterday until the signal was cut. Assumed it was because they were going to the TD,TS, 25K Pro Mod race and they never got back around to the the finish of of the Houston sportsman. As Dan said, turning the track over to the Dallas Stampede bunch meant the end of class cars trying to finish a race from months ago…whodathunk it? LOL

And looks like Greg Stanfield is throwing his hat into the ring for another championship in Super Stock, see he’s already entered for Bristol and after his R/U today I sure wouldn’t bet against him, he’s a bad hombre. Was pulling for Decker but this will make the SS championship interesting.
