I also suspect the fact that he has built a bunch of them saves time and money because he has an idea the order in which things need to be done and what problems to be prepared for ahead of time. Does anyone know if he uses the same contractor to do the building-if so, that could also save time.

I see they are moving along well there with the track.
I wish bruton could get to LI for a track. Our proposed 300 ft. bunny snow hill is never gonna get done, thank god. on sacred ground of the F 14 factory of grumman and its famous runways.
I worked at the montauk manor thursday in east most LI past the hamptons. we asked what is there for a guy to do out here. no more west hampton dragway or bridgehampton race circuit.
the gentleman told us there is nothing to do but shop, eat, drink, and have your nails done, what a bunch of fags, it should sink in the ocean, asap.lol.
